Sweet Maxi Dress!

Hi fashionistas,

A little while back I had one of the most important activities in the association in which I am currently president, which was the member initiation. It was a stressful event but I am so happy to say it was such a big success! Today I am sharing some of those pics with you. My outfit was a maxi dress from Macy's, with INC shoes (you will get a better look at them in a later post) also from Macy's. This outfit was sweet and perfect since I had to represent the association. Hope you guys enjoy! :)

Them maxi skirts!

Wedding Time!

Hi readers,

It has been a long time since my last post. I am so sorry it is taking so long to keep posting, but this is one crazy semester. Though if you want to know whats going on in my life you could follow my instagram account (I try to post daily; you can find me by mariolasblog). A weekend ago I went to a wedding with this lovely dress I've had for like 3 years already (hence the dress is not the focus). This post is more about the make-up than anything else. I had my makeup done at Sephora and I have to say I LOVED IT! It was perfect, exactly what I wanted, and best part was that the makeup stylist gave me tips and advice as she did my make-up. Hot nights in Maxi Dress!

I finally had a bit of time off from this craziness of a semester and I decided to go out. Here in PR it may be October but the days and nights are still pretty hot. Thats why I chose this maxi dress (Marshalls) that hugs my body in all the right places! Hope you enjoy! :)

Work Chick!

Hi lovely followers,

These past two weeks have been crazy! Job fair, interviews, and class projects! :$ SO exhausting! But I haven't forgotten about you. I wanted to share one of my interview outfits to prove that you can still be chick but look classy. I am wearing a knee length black dress, a black blazer, and gray&green pumps. My makeup is simple, hair down, and minimal accessories. With time I've learned that your outfit has to go accordingly to the interview. In my case, the interviews were for big companies for insurance, and other for PR. Hence my outfit was still cute but a bit more on the serious side. I'm hoping to hear back from them in a couple of days and pass to the next interviews. I'll keep you poste :p. Hope this outfits inspires all my working fashionistas.
