Resort Inspiration pt. 2

I haven't been posting and I am sorry for that. But here I am posting once again. My last post was a little inspiration for spring break / summer. Since spring break has passed this outfit is more for summer. A cute, navy romper with anchors in white and pink. It is such a practical piece for summer for an everyday outfit. I adore the fit of it because it accentuates my hip area but doesn't overdue it. I paired it with my hot pink converse to give it a sort of sporty, athleisure look. But it would also go perfect with sandals and wedges. Hope you enjoy!

Resort Inspiration

Hi everyone,

Hope your week is going well. With spring comes spring break and that time to start going to the beach again if you are lucky or getting away somewhere tropical. With that in mind, I want to share with you some looks that I believe will be amazing for that state of mind. First is a set from Selfie Boutik. A lovely wraparound top with a high waisted, maxi skirt. The colors are pastels, which is a big trend for spring, and for someone as petite as me this outfit just makes you long taller because of the pattern and the maxi skirt. Spring's It Combination

Hello everyone,

One of my latest posts was a skirt and top set in white with details in black. And I just loved that set because black and white is one of the biggest trends for Spring. This week in the magazine Por Dentro from El Nuevo Dia (a local newspaper) one of the news was how black&white was such a big trend and was seen in many runways. Below I give you a picture of the article and a look back at some of my favorites black and white outfits I've shown you on the blog. I am a huge fan of those colors because in my mind they are timeless and you can never go wrong with them no matter what time of the year it is. Black & White in Spring

It's almost spring! Who is excited?! Well, I am. Today I want to share this look from Selfie Boutique that is perfect for this in-between times of winter and spring. Versatile pants!

Bonjour followers:

In today's post I want to share with you 1 of my closets secret.  And that is the versatile pant! In the picture below you will see me wearing a pair of navy pants that I got from the "work" area at Macy's. Originally I was looking for outfits for my internship last summer, but after I was done I was left with work clothes I did not have much use for. Hence I did what any fashionista would do, I played dress up in my closet :p. Many combinations later, it occurred to me that the pants don't necessarily have to be used in the serious, work environment, but could be used as an everyday outfit. Here I paired the pants with a white, crop top from Forever 21, minimal accessories, sleek hair, and Tahari neutral sandals for a casual day out outfit! (and to add a bit of color a pink lipstick)

Just remember, as fashionistas we are inclined to buy the latest trend and what we see in a specific section that we are used to shopping in. But there are many possibilities all around, especially in department stores. The important thing is that you see the potential of the article of clothing you buy and that you feel confortable in it.

Fiery Red

Hello lovely fashionistas,

Christmas is upon us, that magical time of year where you feel joy and excitement. But better yet, where you get that red dress out of your closet to finally ware with that red hot lipstick! Today I am sharing this "fiery red dress" from Marshall's paired with gold accessories (necklace from Charlotte Russe) and beige sandals from INC. I am waring a red lipstick that was gifted to me, yet I am still in the search for the perfect red hot lipstick, hope to find it soon. In the mean time I hope you enjoy these pics :)

Hot nights in Maxi Dress!

Hi readers,

I finally had a bit of time off from this craziness of a semester and I decided to go out. Here in PR it may be October but the days and nights are still pretty hot. Thats why I chose this maxi dress (Marshalls) that hugs my body in all the right places! Hope you enjoy! :)
